We would like to inform you at this point about the processing of your personal data within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Telecommunications Act (TKG).

We process your personal data jointly with MP Consulting GmbH, FN 244397h, Brixentaler Straße 3, 6361 Hopfgarten im Brixental as joint controllers pursuant to Art 26 GDPR. If you need further information, please feel free to contact us at any time. You will find our contact details at the end of this privacy policy.

1. Personal data

Personal data is any data containing information about personal or factual circumstances, for example name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, national insurance number, video recordings, photos etc.

We only collect, process and use your personal data if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or due to a legal obligation or if you provide us with this data voluntarily. For data processing going beyond this, we obtain your consent before processing the data. If our legitimate interest in data processing outweighs your interest in data protection, processing may also take place without your consent.

We will use the data made available to us in particular for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, initiating the contract, fulfilling legal obligations, etc.

If there are any changes to your personal data, please inform us accordingly.

We would like to inform you that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). Failure to provide the personal data would mean that the contract cannot be concluded.

2. Your rights

You have the right to information about your stored personal data, as well as the right to correction, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of data that is incorrect or has been processed without authority. You have the right to revoke consent at any time.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law, you have the option to complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) is responsible for this.

3. Data security

Your personal data is protected by appropriate organisational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, illegal or accidental access, loss, processing, use and tampering.

Please note that we do not accept any liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

In order to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations, it may be necessary to pass on your data to processors. Processors process your personal data in accordance with instructions and only to the extent necessary for the performance of these tasks. Our processors are, for example, tax advisers, courts, authorities, lawyers, auditors, external service providers, etc.

We work with independent distribution partners as part of our distribution. In order to fulfil the contract with you, it may be necessary for us to exchange your personal data with our sales partners. Otherwise, your personal data will only be transferred between the sales partner and us on the basis of your consent or if such a transfer outweighs your interest in data protection due to legitimate interests of us or our sales partner.

If you have given your express consent, your data will be transmitted to the advertising partners listed in the declaration of consent and used by them for the purpose of sending advertising, satisfaction surveys or customer loyalty programmes and the like.

However, we only transfer your personal data to recipients within the European Union or to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection. If this is not the case, we ensure that the recipient of the data complies with the GDPR on the basis of suitable guarantees.
